In the main room we have two separate mats for classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Grappling and Boxing.

There are two separate rooms for the Strength & Condition lessons. Here we provide the Power Training, Boot Camp, Flexfit, Cardio Kickboxing, the HIIT and the DanceCamp classes.

In addition to the spacious training areas we have very clean ladies and gentlemen's changing rooms with showers. We also have separate toilets.

Hygiene is an important point at Renzo Gracie Holland. We emphasize neat and clean areas.
