Bootcamp at Renzo Gracie Holland

The boot camp classes are ideal workouts to build strength and endurance. Because the workouts take place in a group environment, the motivation to train better is automatically at a higher level. The benefit of training at Renzo Gracie Holland is that anyone can train at his or her level. Different training materials such as plyo-boxes, rubberbands, kettlebells, pillars, medicine balls, jump ropes, etc. are used to execute functional exercises like jumping, running, walking, lifting, pushing and pulling in order to train the whole body.

To train you need the following items:

- Sporting outfit
- Possibly shoes for inside use only
