Poweryoga is a workout consisting of calisthenics, pilates and yoga, where body and mind are trained. Strengthening exercises take place by using one's own body. Relaxation of mind and body is done through various yoga exercises. This class is given in a closed room using music to relax so that everyone can be fully concentrated and meet her or his goals. This training methodology is developed by Renzo Gracie Holland.
