Kettlebell training is an ideal way to work out because you combine strength and stamina training. This method of training goes back to 1700 and is one of the ways in which Russian soldiers and athletes work on their strength and fitness.

Training with kettlebells is for everyone, beginners and advanced students who want to become stronger, more powerful, more explosive, more mobile and more flexible. Some advantages of training with kettlebells:

1. Not much time needed to have a good workout
2. Combines strength and cardio training
3. Fun and varied
4. Never boring because there are many different exercises

To train you need the following items:

- Sporting outfit
- Possibly shoes for inside use only
