Power Training is strength training at its best. The goal is to move heavy weights as quickly as possible from start to endpoint. This training is supervised to ensure that proper technique associated with the different exercises can be monitored continuously. The aim of the course is twofold. The first goal is to get as strong as possible. The second goal is to improve posture and thus to optimize the overall physical health.
To train you need the following items:
- Sporting outfit
- Possibly shoes for inside use only
