This class has been added to the curriculum because we believe that BJJ has a positive added value for women. Not only because of the sport element and its associated positive aspects such as:
- Increase physical strength
- Improving fitness
- Increasing confidence
- Increase mental toughness
But also because of the self-defense aspects that women learn. Additionally, it is for many women a very low barrier class to get acquainted with BJJ.
To train you need the following items (for your first class(es) the possibility exists to borrow from us):
- A gi with belt
- A clean T-shirt to wear under the gi
- Clean underwear to wear under the gi
